For post, color, audio, music & media operations

Tools for teams who move media through storage they already own.

Klarsend is a small family of products built around one idea: your files stay in your Azure or S3 storage, your credentials stay on your device, and our servers hold nothing worth stealing.

Free core. No email required to sign up — a passkey is your account.

The products

Two jobs, two tools. Both leave your storage exactly where it is.

Klarsend Send

Send a 400 GB master with a link that works in any browser — and take it back if you sent the wrong one.

  • › Browse the Azure Blob and S3-compatible storage your clients already gave you — from the browser, no desktop app.
  • › Turn any file or folder into a short, branded, revocable link with an access log and an egress-cost estimate before you send it.
  • › Recipients click and download on any device — resumable, with a zip option for folders. Nothing to install.
  • › Storage credentials live in a vault encrypted on your device. The server stores ciphertext it cannot open.

Klarsend Watch

Know when a recurring feed goes missing, late, or wrong — before the partner on the other end tells you.

  • › Monitor recurring deliveries in storage you own: daily reports, catalogue feeds, DDEX drops, partner exports.
  • › Detects missing, late, duplicated, empty, or structurally invalid files against the schedule you expect.
  • › Metadata-only by design: it reads names, sizes, timestamps and structure — never the media itself.
  • › Incidents with deduplicated notifications, and a read-only MCP server so your AI assistant can ask “did today’s feed arrive?”

Why Klarsend

Not a platform, on purpose.

Klarsend is not a MAM, not a DAM, and not a place you upload files to. It is a set of small, honest tools that work on the storage you already pay for — and an out-of-scope list we take as seriously as the feature list.

Your storage, not ours

Files never pass through Klarsend servers. Your browser talks to Azure and S3 directly, so there is no size cap, no per-GB invoice, and no copy of your masters sitting on someone else’s disk.

Zero-knowledge where it counts

Standing credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they leave your device, keyed from your passkey or passphrase. A breach of Klarsend gets an attacker ciphertext, not your accounts.

Metadata, not media

Watch checks that a feed arrived, on time, well-formed. It does not ingest, transcode or store your content — so it can sit next to the transfer infrastructure you already have instead of replacing it.

Built from inside the industry

Made by one person after years in music and film operations, watching masters move through license servers, size caps and credentials pasted into threads. Built in the EU, for the teams who live this daily.
